About
When I am asked what I do, my usual reply consists of “I take photos”, which gets me a slew of followup questions. The reality, is that I do in fact, LOVE to take pictures!
I first picked up the camera as a kid with my fisher price instant 110. It was a blue piece of plastic, with a plastic lens, but had the most amazing add-on flash! That thing was tethered to my wrist, with it’s cool yellow cord, until I was old enough to realize my interests shifted to other things, cough, girls at the time. We all know how that goes.
Fast forward several years, and in high school I rediscovered my passion of photography. I was never very good at traditional art, though I could make strait lines. Instead, photography was my medium, specifically 135mm. And in 2004, when I made the transition to digital, it only grew exponentially from there. I pick up my camera every day. It gives me a sense of obligation to capture the world around me. This is the passion drives me, and through my clients, it shows.
