Another Website Redesgn
As some of you have noticed, for about a week now I’ve had a new website up and running. The only site, while awesome in my opinion, had tow major issues at it’s core with the database, and the layout itself. There wasn’t much room to grow with it, and the faulty database didn’t help either.
I was forced to make a decision on whether to clean the database and move forward however, I decided to lay to rest my old site, and forge ahead with a new one, one that will get me where I need for future growth, and provide a visually appealing portfolio. This process brought out another area that I had been lacking in, which is a new client section. This now allows me to create and manage client access to the site for proof set viewing and organizing, as well as public display for special albums as required.
There is still more room to grow, including the ability to directly purchase prints through the site. That’s coming soon enough.
So in all, the site is a massive upgrade to the old, and should serve it’s purpose for the time being, of course until I crave a new display of my work! Until next time.
